Testimonials
Sarah Obiajulu Azuka
Student
Honestly, joining IDC was one of the best decisions I’ve made this year.
When I started the program, I had big dreams but also a lot of questions. I wasn’t sure how I would handle the pace or if I truly had what it takes to thrive in the tech space. But IDC gave me the structure, support, and push I didn’t even know I needed.
What stood out the most for me was how practical and real the learning was. It wasn’t just about completing lessons, it was about understanding, applying, and growing. Every task made me feel like I was preparing for the real world not just to pass a course.
And the instructors? They were something else. Patient, relatable, and always ready to guide. I never felt like just another student in a crowd, I felt seen, supported, and challenged to give my best, and I’m walking away from this experience more confident, more skilled, and more excited for what’s ahead.
Thank you to the entire IDC family. I’m proud to be part of this amazing community, and I’ll keep flying the flag high wherever I go.

Student of IDC Train-The-Trainers Program
The “Train the Trainers” program has truly transformed my approach to training and development.
The program exceeded my expectations in every way, providing me with a comprehensive toolkit and invaluable skills to excel as a trainer.
From the very beginning, I was impressed by the trainers’ expertise, passion, and commitment to our success. Their ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment fostered growth and allowed me to step out of my comfort zone. The program’s structure and content were thoughtfully designed, covering a wide range of essential topics, including effective communication, instructional design, and facilitation techniques. The emphasis on practical application and interactive learning activities ensured that I could immediately apply what I learned, gaining confidence, and honing my skills along the way.
The opportunity to collaborate with other like-minded professionals during the program was amazing. The trainers’ guidance and the constructive feedback from my peers have been invaluable in shaping my training approach. I am now equipped with the knowledge and tools to create engaging learning experiences and deliver impactful training sessions. This program has truly been a game-changer for me, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their training abilities and make a meaningful impact in their field.
